• All submissions on Instagram tagged with #GettySXSW will be eligible for consideration – to opt out of the competition, please remove the #GettySXSW from your photo

• The judges’ decision is final

• The competition opens March 7, 12:00 AM (CTZ) and closes March 12, 12:00 AM (CTZ)

• All entries submitted by midnight (CTZ) each day will be eligible for inclusion in the competition

• Questions and concerns should be directed to infocus@gettyimages.com

• Winning entries will be embedded on InFocus.gettyimages.com with usernames displayed

• We will attempt to contact the winners via Instagram and will provide a code in order for the winners to redeem their prize either at the Getty Images house (Palm Door, 401-A Sabine Street, Austin, TX 78701) or by contacting infocus@gettyimages.com, quoting the code and providing their nominated delivery address

• The prize is a limited edition 2013 Year in Focus softcover book which has no commercial value and is not available for general sale

• Prizes will be sent via post or courier – however will not be insured nor tracked
