Starting last week, our community has been on a quest to repicture cliched concepts through the power of pictures.

We’ve asked some of the leading professionals in the creative world to show us what terms such as beauty, love, hero, fatherhood, motherhood, community and others mean to them and this is how they answered.

Kimberly S. Conon joined UM in 2012 and leads Media Research for ExxonMobil and Brown-Forman, where she is responsible for advancing the brands’ measurement and learning agendas. An entrepreneurial marketing strategist, Kimberly is fortunate to shape new approaches to measurement with some of the industry’s most innovative players. She regularly contributes to agency thought leadership and product innovation, and believes a balance of quantitative rigor and creativity fosters the best environment for brand success.

Kimberly currently sits on the Media Ratings Council (Digital Committee) and most recently spoke on cross platform activation at the Cynopsis Media Boot Camp in NYC. She was honored to participate in the “Cool Women, Hot Jobs” initiative on behalf of the Young Women’s Leadership Network, a high-performing network of all-girls public secondary schools in NYC.

Prior to UM, Kimberly worked at Forbes Media supporting the launch of Forbes’ first-ever female targeted publication. She also held marketing/research roles at OMD and GE. Kimberly received a B.S. in advertising/marketing at Syracuse University and earned an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago. In her free time, she runs half marathons and indulges in Spanish culture (especially food!). She is based in New York.
